HOPE FOR TOMORROW

A multi-ethnic system designed to eradicate poverty by providing individuals and families support and access to self sufficient programs.

Each individual receives an assessment for services and a strategic plan with attainable goals will be created.  Individuals have access to transportation, childcare and other family supports to eliminate any barriers to attaining their goals.  In addition, each individual and/or family receives a mentor to help keep them on track with attainable steps that show progressive success.  

DreamCity’s staff develops close relationships with community members and expected outcomes are below:
