DreamCity Northwest Community Developers (DCNWCD) is a 501 (c) (3) Community Development Corporation, founded in 1992 with an articulated purpose of educating and empowering individuals to improve their quality of life. Through synergistic partnerships with private, corporate, governmental and community-based entities, the corporation focuses its effort upon the revitalization and transformation of inner-city environments into economically self-sufficient, culturally enriched, and socially-balanced communities, with particular emphasis upon the economic, familial and socially-beneficial ecosystems within high risk, crime infested and economically distressed areas of Western Washington.

Primary emphasis is placed upon comprehensive interventional youth activities, building strong families, incubation of entrepreneurial enterprises, personal and business financial management, health and day care needs, and core citizenship values.
